Requirements

- Letter from Chief or local administration confirming residence
- 3. Household Information
- Names, ages, and relationships of household members
- School attendance records for children (if applicable)
- 4. Financial/Income Information
- Payslips (for employed individuals)
- Bank statements
- Business registration documents (for self-employed individuals)
- Evidence of other sources of income (e.g., rental income)
- 5. Assets Information
