- Cover Letter (Detailed and signed letter from the employer/organization, or self, addressed to the Director of Immigration Services.)
- Passport: Copies of a valid national passport (bio page).
- Immigration Status (Evidence of lawful presence in Kenya, if already in the country)
- Academic Credentials (Certified copies of academic and professional certificates.)
- CV (A copy of the applicant's curriculum vitae.)
- Previous Permit/Pass (Copy of any previous permit(s) or pass(es))
